Cancellation Policy

I understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In my desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored:

Please cancel as soon as possible if you wish to cancel or reschedule your appointment!  I check my schedule every evening around 8 p.m., if you are still on my schedule when I check it (and print it out), failure to show up the next day will be considered a missed appointment (cancelling the same day will result in a missed appointment; cancel prior to 7 p.m. the day prior to avoid this.)

Missed appointments will be charged 25% of the base cost of the appointment ($15 for 1 hour; $22.50 for 90 minutes.) This is to cover my time, travel, and the loss of potential revenue. (I will be waiting for you the entire time of your appointment ready to provide you with your massage service for the remainder of your time.)

Arriving late
If you arrive late, you will receive the remainder of your time for the scheduled time slot.  Regardless of the length of the massage service, you will be charged the agreed upon price of the service. (The price will not be discounted for lost time.)
