Cancellation Policy
I understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In my desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored:
Please cancel as soon as possible if you wish to cancel or reschedule your appointment! Please cancel at least 24 hours prior to your appointment.
Canceling the same day will result in a missed appointment.
Missed appointments will be charged a cancellation fee of ($15 for 1 hour; $25 for 90 minutes.) This is to cover my time, travel, and the loss of potential revenue.
Arriving late
If you arrive late, you will receive the remainder of your time for the scheduled time slot. Regardless of the length of the massage service, you will be charged the agreed upon price of the service. (The price will not be discounted for lost time.)
